Junior Sunday School

As usual, in the first months of the year, we will concentrate on the New Testament – Jesus, His life, stories, parables, and miracles. Already we have heard about the “Fourth King”, Herod, the Holy Family’s flight into Egypt, and the young Jesus being “found” in the temple. The activities for these lessons included decorating crowns, playing an Egyptian board game, assembling a donkey from different pieces, and solving puzzles and routes through mazes. It’s all good and interesting fun.

In March, we would again welcome children and their parents to the Church Halls after the Cradle Roll Service presentations. On this Sunday we try to show our visitors what we do in the Junior Sunday School and hope that it will encourage them to join us when the children are about 3 years of age.Christine, Mary, and the girls.

The Junior Sunday School meets  during the morning service after approximately 20 minutes participation in the church service. Children join the Junior Sunday School from the crèche when they are three years old.
